Export your data, close your account and privacy

Download everything, delete a workspace (14-day window), close your login, and how buyer data is handled.

Export your data

Settings → Privacy & data → Export prepares a JSON file with your store, products, orders, contacts, consents, coupons, affiliates and invoices. It's free on every plan and never blocked by billing.

Delete a workspace

From Settings → Privacy & data, an owner can schedule a workspace for deletion. You have a 14-day window to change your mind (a red banner offers Cancel deletion). After that the store is unpublished, files are removed, connected accounts and API keys are revoked and contacts are erased. Order, payment, refund and invoice records are kept in anonymised form because tax and accounting rules require it.

Close your login

Settings → My account → Close my account removes your login and personal details immediately and signs you out everywhere. Delete or hand over any workspace you own first.

Buyers' data

Your buyers can ask you, or our support, to delete their data. Their contact details are erased and financial records are kept anonymised. Anyone who connected Instagram can also use Delete your data.

Emails we send you

Choose optional emails (sale alerts, weekly summary, tips) in Settings → My account → Email preferences. Billing, plan-limit and security emails are always sent.
