YourBio is operated by Your Name (Proprietor, YourBio).
1. The service
YourBio provides tools for creators to publish a storefront, sell products, deliver them and communicate with customers.
2. Creator responsibilities
Creators are the sellers of their products. They are responsible for their products, pricing, taxes, refund terms, customer support and compliance with applicable law and platform policies (including Meta and WhatsApp policies).
3. Prohibited use
No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful products; no unsolicited bulk messaging; no scraping or unofficial automation of third-party platforms.
4. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by the configured payment gateway. Platform fees, if any, are shown before you accept a plan. Gateway fees are charged by the gateway.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Data remains exportable.
6. Suspension and takedown
We may suspend stores or remove content that violates these terms, with notice where appropriate.
