YourBio

Privacy policy

YourBio is operated by Your Name (Proprietor, YourBio).

What we collect

Account data (name, email), store content, orders (buyer name, email, optional phone), consent records, and technical data needed for security. IP addresses are stored only as salted one-way hashes.

Why

To run stores, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide support and — only where you opted in — send marketing or WhatsApp messages.

Email tracking

Campaign emails may contain an open-tracking image and tracked links so creators can see aggregate engagement. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email in one click.

Sharing

With the creator you buy from, and with processors that run the service (payment gateway, email delivery, hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order, payment, refund and invoice records are kept as required for accounting and tax (anonymised if you ask us to delete your data). Everything else is deleted automatically:

  • Raw Instagram/WhatsApp webhook payloads: 30 days
  • Outbound webhook delivery attempts: 30 days
  • Email/DM/WhatsApp delivery logs: 180 days
  • Login and security events: 365 days
  • Per-recipient campaign send records: 400 days
  • Email bounce and spam-complaint notifications: 400 days
  • Raw payment gateway webhook payloads: 400 days
  • Audit log of admin, refund, billing and settings actions: 1095 days
  • Analytics events: 400 days
  • Signed-in sessions: 14 days of inactivity

Closing your account removes your login and personal details immediately (Settings → My account). Deleting a workspace takes effect after a 14-day cancellation window. If you connected Instagram, removing our app in Instagram's settings also deletes the data we synced from it. Step-by-step instructions and a status check are on Delete your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Buyers can contact the creator or our support. Erased buyers' financial records are kept in anonymised form.
