Refund policy

Each creator sets the refund terms for their products; they are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact the creator using the support details on your purchase page. If you cannot reach the creator, contact us with your order reference.

When a full refund is processed, access to downloads, courses and memberships for that order ends. Refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment app.

Subscriptions (creators)

Platform subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals.
