Affiliates

Let fans sell for you for a commission — how links, the cookie window, the refund window and payouts work.

Affiliates are people who share your products and earn a percentage of each sale they bring in.

Add a partner

Open Affiliates, enter the partner's name, email, a code (this becomes their link) and a commission percentage. They get a welcome email with their link (/r/<code>) and a private partner view where they see their sales and add payout details.

How sales are credited

• When someone opens a partner's link, we remember the partner for the cookie window you set (30 days by default).
• If that visitor buys within the window, the order is credited to the partner.
• The commission stays pending during your refund window, then becomes available.
• If you refund the order, the commission is reversed automatically.

Paying partners

Buyer money settles to your Razorpay account, so payouts come from you. Partners add a UPI ID or bank account in their partner view. Press Pay out available balances to create a payout batch; anyone without payout details, or below your minimum, is skipped and keeps their balance. Each partner has a ledger showing every commission, reversal and payout.
