Instagram AutoDM and WhatsApp messages run on Meta's official APIs, which need Meta to review and approve our app and message templates. Until that approval is complete these features show "Coming soon" on the Apps page and nothing is sent. We don't use unofficial automation or scraping, because that can get your Instagram account restricted.

What they will do

• Instagram AutoDM: when someone comments a keyword on your post or reel (for example "GUIDE"), they automatically get a DM with your product link.
• WhatsApp: buyers who tick the WhatsApp box at checkout get their order confirmation and booking reminders on WhatsApp as well as by email.

What you can do now

• Email delivery works for every order — receipts and access links go out automatically.
• Use Campaigns to email contacts who opted in to marketing.
• Put your store link in your Instagram bio and on story link stickers.

We'll announce it in the dashboard when each one goes live.
