When do I get paid?
Money settles from Razorpay to your bank on Razorpay's schedule. Where to see settlements, and how YourBio's fee works.
Short version: Razorpay pays you, not YourBio. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account, and Razorpay settles that money to the bank account you gave them during KYC.
How the money moves
- A buyer pays on Razorpay Checkout using your keys.
- Razorpay deducts its gateway fee (plus GST on that fee) and transfers the rest to your bank on its settlement cycle.
- YourBio's own fee, if your plan has one, is tracked per order and billed on your YourBio plan invoice. It is not taken out of your settlements.
How long does it take?
That's decided by Razorpay, not by us. Razorpay settles on a rolling cycle of a few working days after each payment; new accounts, some business categories and some payment methods can be on a different schedule. Settlements in your Razorpay dashboard shows your exact cycle and every transfer made to your bank.
Where to see it
- Razorpay dashboard โ Settlements: every transfer to your bank and the payments in it. This is the source of truth for "has it reached my bank?".
- YourBio โ Orders: every paid order and refund with its status.
- YourBio โ Reports & import: export a Settlement statement or sales report as CSV for your accountant.
Common questions
A buyer paid but the money isn't in my bank yet. If the order shows paid in YourBio, the money is in your Razorpay account and reaches your bank on the next settlement. If a settlement looks wrong, contact Razorpay support โ they control settlements.
Can YourBio hold or reverse my money? No. We never touch the funds. Only you (refunds) or Razorpay and the buyer's bank (disputes) can move money back to a buyer.
Who pays my affiliates? You do. See Affiliates.
If not, tell us what you were trying to do.
